Cancel an assessment

Sometimes things don't go as planned - like the candidate that never showed up. If you've created an assessment for someone that's a no-show or need to re-assign an assessment, there's now a Cancel assessment action.  You can cancel any assessment with the Not Started status.  Doing so will delete the existing assessment and allow you to create a new assessment from the order.

Order dashboard

We've deployed a new order dashboard to make it easier to create and track assessments. The new dashboard: Allows you to create assessment sessions for other users. While a candidate's email address is helpful, it's no longer a required field. Shows session status, which identifies if an assessment is Not Started, In Progress or Completed. Links to assessments sessions. You can either open the session page directly or use the Copy link action to send it manually via email, text or some other means. Returning to an assessment

You may have not noticed that the links to self-register for an assessment and to actually take an assessment are different.  Unfortunately, we've seen situations where an assessment user tries to return an in-progress assessment using the self-registration link.  This results in the user unexpectedly seeing a registration form and not his or her existing session. To address this issue, we're now using a browser cookie to save when a user has started an assessment session.  If a user accesses the self-registration link in the same browser, he or she will automatically be sent back to the in-progress session rather than shown the registration form....
